Ingredientes
- 2 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1 hard boiled egg
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 tomato
- 1 chopped carrot (or baby carrots)
- 1/4 green bell pepper
- 1/4 chopped cucumber
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- Shredded cheese of choice
- Salad dressing of choice
Direcciones
- 1. Thoroughly wash Romaine, spinach, and all vegetables.
- 2. Chop all vegetables and egg into bite-size pieces.
- 3. Put all ingredients into a large bowl, toss, and eat.
