- Start rice first if not using Minute Rice.
- Brown grnd beef with onions and drain excess fat. Meanwhile, cook rice if using regular rice.
- Return meat and onions to skillet, stir in peppers and garlic. Heat for 2-3 min on medium.
- Stir in rice and sauce, cover and heat over medium heat for 5 min.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over top just before serving, making sure which the cheese melts.
- Makes 4 - 6 servings.
