Unbaked cake with apricot light cream

Ingredientes

  • biscuits
  • 3-4 oz cup apricot preserves but now a fresh apricots from the garden
  • 4 tablespoons sugar (or according to acidity and flavors of apricots)
  • snow whites of 3
  • an ear
  • whipped cream

Direcciones

  1. Form a transparent overlay sheet. Whips of the three snow whites and put on one side. Apricot compote and blend well with juice, sugar and cob cook to a thick cream. Removed and immediately stir into the hot-whipped snow. Pour into molds, Align and lay out biscuits on top turned upside down. Let cool well. Swings out of the mold, remove the foil and then top layer of whipped cream. Instead of apricots can use any other fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries ...)
