Receta Vanilla - Blueberry Chia Parfait
Another quick and easy, yet impressive looking breakfast, snack or dessert. Enjoy the many benefits of chia seeds by including them in ice cream, bread, pudding, salad, crackers, etc. I served this lovely parfait to dinner guests that were not familiar with RAW, and they loved it.
If you are not a fan of coconut, neither of us think this tastes like coconut at all. Young coconut meat adds texture and give it a nice creamy body and base, but you taste the vanilla and blueberries...that's it!!!
