Ingredientes

  • 1/2 pound vanilla wafer crushed
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, well liquid removed

Direcciones

  1. Crush vanilla wafer place in 9 x 13 pan. Saving a 1/2 c. crumbs. Cream 1/2 c. butter, powdered sugar and Large eggs. Place over crumbs. Whip cream and mix in pineapple put over egg mix. Sprinkle with remainign crumbs. Chill at least 8 hrs before serving.
