Vanilla Wafer Pudding

Ingredientes

  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 2 egg yolks, beaten
  • 3 tbsp. thick sweet cream
  • 1 sm. can crushed pineapple
  • Vanilla wafers

Direcciones

  1. Cream sugar and butter, add in egg yolks. Mix well. Add in cream and pineapple. Mix together well. Add in 1 c. grnd or possibly minced nuts. Then layer with vanilla wafers using wafers first, three layers each, with mix on top.
  2. Top with whipped cream when served. It is better to make this the day before serving.
