Receta Veal Amelio

- Lb. veal gently till thin. Sprinkle lightly with flour, salt and pepper. Heat oil and 2 Tbsp. butter till melted; add in veal to skillet and saute/fry on both sides till cooked. Set veal aside to hot plate. Add in wine to pan to de-glaze. Add in remaining butter, lemon juice and mushrooms to pan and saute/fry till tender. Place veal on plates and top with mushrooms and sauce. Garnish with fresh herbs. Serves 8. Cooking time - 30 min.
- OPTION: substitute boneless pork for veal.
