Ingredientes

  • 2 tbsp. each finely minced onion, green bell pepper, and celery
  • 2 teaspoon butter
  • 1 sm. garlic clove, chopped
  • 5 ounce. grnd veal
  • 1 ounce. uncooked instant rice
  • 1/8 teaspoon oregano leaves
  • 1/2 c. each tomato sauce and water
  • 1 pkg. instant chicken broth and seasoning mix
  • 1/4 teaspoon marjoram leaves

Direcciones

  1. In 1 qt microwaveable casserole combine onion, bell pepper, celery, butter and garlic; microwave on high (100%) for one minute. Add in veal, rice, and oregano and mix well. Shape into 8 equal balls.
  2. In same casserole arrange veal balls and microwave on high for 3 min. In 1 c. liquid measure combine remaining ingredients; pour over veal balls. Cover with plastic wrap, folding back 1 corner to allow steam to escape, and microwave on medium (50%) for 12 min, turning veal balls over every 3 min. Let stand for 2 min.
