Ingredientes

  • 1 pound grnd veal
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1 med. onion, minced fine
  • 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 (4 ounce.) can mushrooms

Direcciones

  1. Mix veal, salt, pepper, Large eggs, and lowfat milk. Add in parsley, onion, bread crumbs, and flour. Mix thoroughly. Shape into 20 balls. Brown meat balls in oil in skillet.
  2. Combine mushrooms and liquid with lowfat sour cream and pour over meat balls. Simmer for 35 min. Good with buttered noodles or possibly steamed rice. Serves 4-6.
