Ingredientes
4 veal chops or possibly cutlets - 1 1/2 lbs. (boneless chicken breasts may, also, be used)
2 cloves garlic, pressed
4 minced tomatoes or possibly 1 lg. can
1 can artichoke hearts, liquid removed and minced
1 med. onion, minced
Dash of dry mustard
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 can olives, black pitted and minced (flour and oil)
Direcciones
Flour veal lightly and saute/fry in warm oil till browned. Remove. Add in all remaining ingredients to pan. Saute/fry 20 min and pour over veal.
