Veal & Crab (Arrabbiata)

Ingredientes

  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 ounce. veal cutlet
  • 3 ounce. crab meat
  • Flour
  • 1 ounce. white wine
  • 2 anchovy filets
  • Crushed red pepper to taste
  • 4 ounce. marinara sauce
  • 8 ounce. raw cavatelli per order

Direcciones

  1. Add in oil to saute/fry pan. Heat. Dredge veal in flour, brown lightly in oil. Add in anchovies and red pepper, cook 2 min. Add in crab, white wine, cook 2 min. Add in marinate. Simmer 5 min. Cook cavatelli per directions. Pour veal and crab over cavatelli.
  2. Serves 1.
