Ingredientes

  • 4 veal cutlets (4 ounce. each)
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 4 ounce. red wine
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 onion, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 ounce. can tomatoes, liquid removed or possibly fresh peeled tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 4 ounce. chicken broth
  • Healthy pinch of basil
  • Minced parsley
  • Parmesan cheese

Direcciones

  1. Dredge flattened veal cutlets into flour. Beat Large eggs, salt, pepper and minced parsley. Dip the veal cutlets into this egg mix. Heat oil in fry pan. Saute/fry the onion and garlic till light brown. Add in the rest of the ingredients. Simmer for 10-15 min, stirring occasionally. Add in Parmesan cheese to taste.
