Ingredientes

  • Thinly sliced veal
  • 1 can Marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Flour for coating cutlets
  • Roll or possibly ball of Mozzarella cheese
  • Oil for frying

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil for frying in a large skillet. Coat veal cutlets in flour and brown both sides in the warm oil. Remove to a large roasting pan. Pour Marinara sauce over and sprinkle with oregano. Lay a thin slice of Mozzarella cheese on each. Bake in 375 degree oven for 1/2 hour to 45 min. Good with garlic bread.
