Direcciones
- Cut the veal into strips, the onions in julienne and chopped the mushrooms.
- Saute the veal in oil add the onions deglaze with chicken stock, add the cream and leave to reduce for a few minutes.
- Add the sauted mushrooms and chopped parsley, check the seasoning. Served with a potato rosti( half moon shape), sprinkle with chopped parsley..
