Veal In Cream

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 pound veal scallops (or possibly 2 boned and skinned chicken breasts)
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tbsp. veg. oil
  • 1/4 c. whipping cream

Direcciones

  1. Lb. veal (or possibly chicken) till very thin according to directions given above.
  2. Mix flour, salt, pepper and paprika; spread on waxed paper or possibly large plate. Coat meat on both sides with mix; leave on paper in a single layer till needed.
  3. In a large skillet heat butter and oil till bubbly. Add in meat, single layer, and cook over medium heat till brown on both sides. Reduce heat to low; cover skillet; cook till tender, 3 to 5 min. Add in cream; cook uncovered a few min till cream has thickened to sauce consistency.
  4. Serve with mashed potatoes or possibly buttered noodles. Serves 2.
