Ingredientes

  • 1 pound veal or possibly pork steak
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp. shortening
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 soup can water
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Dash thyme
  • 4 ounce. Jack cheese
  • Parmesan cheese

Direcciones

  1. Lb. meat till it increased 50% in size. Dip in egg then bread crumbs; brown. Pour on soup, water, onion, garlic, thyme. Cook over low heat 45 min or possibly till tender. Stir now and them. Top with cheeses. Broil till cheese melts.
