Ingredientes

  • 2 egg whites, beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound thin veal cutlets, cut into 6 servings
  • Vegetable cooking spray
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 jar prepared spaghetti sauce
  • 2 (1 ounce.) slices part skim Mozzarella cheese

Direcciones

  1. Mix egg and pepper; beat with a wire whisk. Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dip veal into egg mix and dredges in bread crumb mix. Saute/fry veal in a large skillet coated with cooking spray till golden.
  2. Put in shallow baking dish. Pour tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce over veal, Top with cheese slices. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 min. 6 servings.
