Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 pound veal steak
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. veg. oil
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
  • 8 slices mozzarella cheese

Direcciones

  1. Dip veal in flour, then in beaten egg, and in bread crumbs. Fry in warm oil till golden on both sides. Place the steaks in a baking dish, pour the tomato sauce over them, salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Add in the sliced mozzarella cheese and bake in 375 degree oven for 20 min.
