Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lbs. grnd veal
  • 1/4 - 1/2 pound minced prosciutto

Direcciones

  1. Mix together adding 1/2 tsp. salt, pepper and 1/4 tsp. nutmeg. Heat 3 tsp. butter in warm skillet. Dip patties (approximately 12) in flour and brown patties in butter (5-10 min). Remove and set on plate.
  2. Bring 1 pint heavy cream to a boil. Cook down to half the amount (3-5 min son medium to high heat). Add in 1 1/2 Tbsp. cognac or possibly brandy, little salt and pepper, lemon juice. Swirl around, add in veal patties and serve. Makes 6 servings.
