Receta Veal Patties

- In small nonstick skillet heat 1 tsp. butter till bubbly; add in onion and celery and saute/fry till vegetables are soft but not brown.
- In bowl combine half the onion mix, veal, egg, saltines, salt, thyme and white pepper; mix well.
- Shape veal mix into 4 patties; sprinkle each with 1/4 tsp. flour.
- In 10 inch nonstick skillet heat remaining tsp. butter, add in veal patties and brown on both sides.
- Add in broth, mushrooms, and remaining onion mix. Cover and simmer 20 to 25 min.
