Veal Ragu Fin (For Two)

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 pound veal, thin slices
  • 6 ounce. sliced mushrooms (about 1/4 inch thick)
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic (2 tbsp.)
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1/3 c. butter (or possibly butter)
  • 1 c. lowfat milk (or possibly half and half)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Direcciones

  1. Lb. veal till they are thin patties, scramble Large eggs in a large bowl. Dip patties in flour then in the Large eggs. Re-dip in the flour. Heat butter over medium flame. Brown patties over medium flame on both sides. Add in garlic and mushrooms. Add in salt and pepper to taste. Saute/fry till mushrooms are tan in color. Add in lowfat milk. Let simmer over medium flame, 4-6 min. Turn every minute or possibly so. Serve over wild or possibly white rice.
