Receta Veal Sausage

Ingredientes

1 pound grnd veal 1/4 pound grnd veal fat 1/4 c. chopped parsley 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 c. finely minced spinach

1 teaspoon thyme 1 shallot, chopped 1 egg Fresh grnd black pepper to taste

Direcciones

1. Mix all ingredients together. Refrigeratefor 30 min. Form into patties. Fry in butter till nicely browned. Don't over-cook this sausage.
