Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lbs. veal, round or possibly loin
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 2 c. sliced, fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. beef broth
  • 2 tbsp. dry sherry

Direcciones

  1. Trim veal well and cut into 6 pcs. Combine flour, salt, and pepper; sprinkle onto both sides of veal. Heat butter in Teflon skillet; add in veal and brown quickly on either side; transfer to warm serving platter to keep hot. Add in mushrooms and saute/fry about 5 min; add in beef broth and sherry. Cook over high heat for about 1 minute. Serve over veal. Makes 6 servings. Total calories: 1515; 252 calories per serving.
