Ingredientes

  • 1 pound veal round steak
  • 1 can (22 ounce.) tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms
  • 1 pound egg noodles or possibly other pasta
  • 3/4 teaspoon Accent
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry parsley flakes
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. capers

Direcciones

  1. Wipe with damp cloth one lb. veal round steak cut 1/2 inch thick. Lb. with meat hammer or possibly back side or possibly meat cleaver till thin. Trim fat and cut into 1 inch pcs. Coat proportionately with mix of 1/2 c. flour, 3/4 tsp. Accent, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper. Set aside.
  2. Saute/fry 1/2 clove of garlic sliced in 1/2 c. of extra virgin olive oil. Add in veal and brown slowly. Take 22 ounces of tomato sauce, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. dry parsley flakes, 1/2 tsp. oregano, 1/8 tsp. pepper, combine and add in to veal slowly.
  3. In separate skillet, thin slice one medium onion. Wipe and slice 1/2 lb. of fresh mushrooms and saute/fry in 1/4 c. butter till lightly browned. Add in contents of skillet and 1/4 c. capers to veal. Cover skillet and simmer 25 min or possibly till tender.
