Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • Marsala wine (can substitute sherry or possibly vermouth)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 lbs. veal, cut up for scaloppini
  • 1 (4 ounce.) can sliced mushrooms, canned or possibly fresh
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

Direcciones

  1. Flour veal and brown quickly in warm butter and crushed garlic. Smother with mushrooms. Add in sufficient wine to partially cover. Simmer covered for 8-10 min or possibly till tender. Season with salt and pepper and serve with lemon.
