Veal Steak In Sour Cream

Ingredientes

2 veal steaks
Lite salt & pepper
1/4 c. low fat lowfat sour cream

1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 sm. onion, cut in rings
1/2 sm. pepper, cut in strips

Direcciones

Place steaks in baking dish, season with lite salt and pepper, cover with low fat lowfat sour cream, sprinkle with cheese. Top with onion and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
