Ingredientes

  • 1 pound veal
  • 3 quarts. water
  • 3 med. carrots, sliced
  • 1 can peas, liquid removed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 1 sm. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. water

Direcciones

  1. Cut veal in 1 inch cubes, place in water. Add in salt. Cook for one hour. Add in sliced carrots - cook till carrots are well done. Add in peas, cook slowly for 15 min. Heat butter, blend in flour. Brown slightly. Add in onion and water. Bring to boil. Add in sauce to soup and bring to a boil. Remove from flame and serve.
