Receta Veal With Wine

- Lb. and flour veal. Brown in lightly oiled pan.
- Remove veal to plate.
- To frying pan add in: finely minced onion and garlic, bouillon, water, wine, and oregano.
- Add in meat to pan. Simmer 1 hour.
- Cold and chill (preferably overnight).
- Next day, add in a little more wine and heat.
- Serve over rice.
