Receta Vegan Maple Cupcakes and a Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World Cookbook Giveaway
Ingredientes
- 1/2 cup soy milk (we used almond)
- 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp baking power
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- 1 1/4 tsp maple extract
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Vegan Buttercream Frosting with Maple (recipe to follow)
- Vegan Fluffy Buttercream Frosting (Liv adapted a version from the book)
- 1/4 cup nonhydrogenated margarine (we use Earth Balance)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2-3 cups powdered sugar
