Ingredientes

  • 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tbsp. ginger, finely minced
  • 3 shallots, minced
  • 3 tbsp. basic Chinese vegetable stock
  • 1 green pepper, seeded and cut into strips
  • 2 c. broccoli, minced
  • 1 c. bean sprouts
  • 3 c. cooked brown rice
  • Freshly grnd pepper

Direcciones

  1. Stir fry garlic, ginger, and shallots in non-stick frying pan for 1 minute with 1 Tbsp. of stock. Add in green pepper, broccoli, and bean sprouts to frying pan and stir fry for 3 min with 2 Tbsp. of stock. Add in rice to pan and stir fry over medium heat till heated through. Season with pepper and serve warm. If desired spicy fried rice, add in a diced red or possibly green chili.
