- Stir fry garlic, ginger, and shallots in non-stick frying pan for 1 minute with 1 Tbsp. of stock. Add in green pepper, broccoli, and bean sprouts to frying pan and stir fry for 3 min with 2 Tbsp. of stock. Add in rice to pan and stir fry over medium heat till heated through. Season with pepper and serve warm. If desired spicy fried rice, add in a diced red or possibly green chili.
