Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. sliced green pepper
  • 1/2 c. tiny cauliflower florets
  • 1 med. carrot in short julienne strips
  • 1 med. tomato, minced
  • 6-8 ripe pitted olives, sliced into circles
  • 4 green onions (scallions) cut into sm. strips
  • 1/2 c. reduced calorie Italian dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry basil, crushed (optional)
  • 4 club rolls split
  • 4 slices fully cooked turkey breast

Direcciones

  1. Combine the first 6 ingredients. Stir in dressing, sprinkle the basil on top. Cover and chill the veggies for 4 hrs or possibly overnight. Toast rolls if you like. Place turkey on roll, top with 1/4 of vegetable mix. Garnish with a leaf of lettuce, serve with hard boiled egg on the side.
