  • 1/4 tsp – Garam masala powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp – Curd
  • 1 1/2 tbsp – Chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt as needed Seasonings:
  • 1 tbsp – Butter
  • 1 tsp – Oil
  • 1 no – Cinnamon
  • 1 no – Bay leaf
  • 2 nos – Clove
  • 1 no – Cardamom
  • 1 no – Star anise
