Receta Vegetable Casserole
I have been making this recipe for years!
- 1-1/2 cups cooked cauliflower florets
- 1-1/2 cups cooked peas
- 1-1/2 cups cooked lima beans
- 1 cup cooked sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of celery soup
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 T butter, melted
Heat oven 350. In ungreased 2-qt. casserole, combine all vegetables. In small bowl, combine soup, cheese and sour cream; blend well. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over vegetables; blend well. In small bowl, combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over casserole. Cover; bake at 350 for 20 mins. Uncover; bake an additional 15 to 20 mins. or until heated through. 16 (1/2-cup) servings.
