Vegetable Gelatin Salad

Ingredientes

  • 3 c. boiling water
  • 3 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
  • 1 1/2 c. cool water
  • 6 tbsp. vinegar
  • 4 pound head cabbage, finely shredded
  • Lg. celery heart, minced fine
  • 2 med. green peppers, sliced fine
  • Sm. jar green olives, sliced

Direcciones

  1. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add in cool water and vinegar; chill till somewhat jellified. Meantime, prepare the vegetables. Pack cabbage in ice cubes till ready to add in to gelatin. Shake off moisture. Toss all the vegetables together except olives. Add in to gelatin and arrange olives. Chill. Unmold when hard. Best made day before serving.
