Receta Vegetable Pickle
Ingredients:
- Raw Mango – 1, diced
- Carrot – 1, diced
- Small Onions – 8, finely chopped
- Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
- Red Chilli – 1, small, finely sliced
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon
- Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Combine the mangoes and carrot in a bowl.
2. Add salt, red chilli powder, chopped red chilli and onions.
3. Add lemon juice and mix well.
4. Keep aside for 15 to 30 minutes.
