Ingredientes

  • 1 c. white wine
  • 2 tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 4 peeled and seeded tomatoes, diced
  • 2 c. whipping cream
  • 1/2 stick whole butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 pkg. vegetable raviolis (cooked according to pkg.)

Direcciones

  1. In saucepan add in white wine, garlic, diced tomatoes. Reduce by 3/4. Add in 2 c. whipping cream and reduce till bubbly and thick. Stir in butter with whisk. Take off heat. Season with salt and pepper. Ladle sauce over raviolis.
