Ingredientes

  • 2 pound minced spinach
  • 10 Large eggs, hard boiled & sliced
  • 1 pound bacon, cooked & crumbled
  • 1 med. head lettuce, shredded
  • 1 c. sliced shallots (or possibly mild onions)
  • 1 pkg. frzn peas
  • 2 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • Worcestershire, Tabasco, lemon juice, salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese

Direcciones

  1. In large bowl put layer of spinach, layer of egg slices (sprinkled with bacon), layer of shredded lettuce, layer of shallots and layer of frzn peas. Blend mayonnaise and lowfat sour cream flavored with Tabasco, Worcestershire, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pour over peas. Add in layer of shredded cheese. Cover and refrigerate12 hrs. Don't toss.
