Receta veggie burger
{Veggie Burger}
Ingredients
- Ezekiel Sprouted Grain Sesame Burger Buns
- Portobello Mushroom {Grilled or Roasted}
- Red, Orange or Yellow Bell Peppers {Grilled or Roasted}
- Red Onion {sliced}
- Tomato {sliced}
- Sprouts
- Avocado {sliced}
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil {1 Tablespoon}
- Salt & Pepper {to taste}
- Grapeseed Veganaise {2 Tablespoons}
- Dijon Mustard {1 Tablespoon}
- Balsamic Vinegar {1 Tablespoon}
Directions
Drizzle olive oil over Portobello Mushrooms and Peppers, season with salt and pepper. Grill till cooked through. I like to add a splash of balsamic vinegar when they are almost done for flavor. Set aside to cool.
Mix together Veganaise with Dijon mustard and spread on both sides of the bun. Top each burger with one Portobello Mushroom, Red Pepper, Onion and Tomato. I like to add Avocado and Sprouts.
{Tip}
You can also use Roasted Red Peppers in the jar for this recipe.
