Receta Veggie – Fruit Medley (A Healthy and Yummy Drink)
Who is ready to begin the day in a healthy and mouth-watering way? I am in. How about you? OK then, presenting a healthy drink recipe for all those juice lovers. This is a delicious mixing of different juices, fruits and vegetables and a very simple way to prepare a healthy juice that goes well with breakfast. If you have all the ingredients available in the pantry then this will be ready in just a few seconds.
Here goes the recipe,
Ingredients: (Serves 4)
- 2 cups Orange Juice
- 2 cups Apple Juice
- 3 ripe Bananas, with skin removed
- ½ cup diced Carrot
- ½ cup chopped Celery
- ½ cup diced Tomatoes
Preparation:
Add carrot + celery + tomatoes in a blender and blend until smooth.
Then add bananas and blend again.
Finally pour orange juice + apple juice and blend until all the veggies and bananas become soft.
Filter to remove any pulp and pour into individual glasses and enjoy the yummy drink.
Goes well with breakfast!!
