..it's%20super%20quick%20once%20it's%20baked.%20It's%20the%20PERFECT%20way%20to%20sneak%20veggies%20in%20on%20your%20non-veggie%20eating%20kids/spouse/family!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOven%20on%20at%20450-%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFollow%20the%20instructions%20on%20the%20bag%20to%20steam%20the%20cauliflower.%20Remove%20from%20bag%20to%20strainer/collander%20(whatever%20you%20might%20call%20it),%20let%20cool.%20No%20really..b/c%20when%20it%20comes%20out%20of%20the%20steamer%20bag%20it%20is%20H-O-T!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECooled%20off?%20Ok...get%20a%20clean%20kitchen%20towel%20and%20put%20the%20cauliflower%20in%20it,%20and%20now%20squeeze%20it%20with%20all%20of%20your%20might%20(over%20the%20sink%20preferably).%20Think%20it's%20all%20dry%20now?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESqueeze%20it%20again!%20Ok...see%20there%20was%20more%20liquid%20than%20you%20thought!%20Move%20the%20squeezed%20cauli%20into%20your%20food%20processor%20and%20chop%20it%20up!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETake%20it%20out%20into%20a%20new%20dry%20kitchen%20towel%20and%20squeeze%20it%20again!!%20You%20want%20this%20stuff%20very%20dry!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAlright..into%20a%20bowl%20add%20your%20egg,%20your%20cheese,%20and%20your%20cauliflower.%20Mix%20it%20together.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENow..time%20to%20get%20a%20little%20messy.%20On%20a%20lined%20and%20greased%20baking%20sheet%20(parchment%20would%20have%20been%20AWESOME%20here%20but%20I%20was%20out-but%20seriously...it%20would%20be%20best%20b/c%20mine%20stuck%20to%20the%20aluminum%20even%20though%20I%20greased%20it%20up)%20plop%20your%20mix%20down%20into%20the%20center.%20%20You%20can%20either%20put%20a%20tiny%20bit%20of%20water%20on%20your%20fingers%20or%20oil%20but%20work%20it%20into%20a%20circle%20(or%20whatever%20pizza%20shape%20you%20prefer).%20I%20was%20able%20to%20get%20mine%20into%20about%20a%2010%20inch%20circle.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENow%20into%20the%20oven.%20This%20bad%20boy%20needs%20to%20go%20until%20it's%20golden%20brown.%20I%20left%20mine%20in%20there%20a%20good%2030-40%20minutes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOnce%20it's%20cooked%20it%20should%20be%20fairly%20firm,%20crispy%20edges.%20You%20can%20let%20it%20just%20hang%20out%20while%20you%20prepare%20your%20toppings.%20Mine%20were%20chicken%20tossed%20in%20buffalo%20sauce,%20some%20ranch%20mixed%20with%20bleu%20cheese,%20chopped%20onions,%20and%20pepperjack%20cheese.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt%20cuts%20up%20and%20eats%20just%20like%20regular%20pizza...but%20you%20won't%20have%20the%20regular%20heavy%20gut%20afterwards...or%20guilt!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E*use%20your%20imagination%20with%20this.%20If%20you%20are%20going%20for%20a%20traditional%20pizza%20instead%20of%20cheddar%20you%20might%20want%20to%20use%20provolone%20or%20parm!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
