Ingredientes

  • 1 can mandarin oranges
  • 1 jar marinated artichokes
  • Mushrooms
  • Asparagus, canned or possibly fresh
  • Cherry tomatoes, if you like
  • Fresh spinach
  • Red leaf lettuce

Direcciones

  1. I arrange lettuce on four salad plates and put vegetables on. Sometimes I use what vegetables are fresh and on hand; then I mix up the dressing and sprinkle it on top finishing with the almonds if I have them. I'm so crazy about this because it can be varied; the dressing oranges as artichokes are the main things I do not change.
