Vegie Soup In The Crock Pot

Ingredientes

  • 1 pound beef shank
  • 14 1/2 ounce. can tomatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 onions
  • 2 potatoes
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 3 c. water
  • 3 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn mixed veggies

Direcciones

  1. Put the 3 c. water, bouillon cubes, salt and mashed tomatoes in crock pot. Turn the crock pot on so the cubes will begin to dissolve.
  2. Meanwhile, cut up veggies. Put meat into the pot with veggies on top. Frzn package of veggies goes in during last half of cooking time. Stir couple times during cooking time. Cook 12 hrs on low (4 hrs on high).
  3. When the soup is done, remove shank from pot. Remove meat from bone, cutting it into small pcs and return to pot. Stir meat into soup and serve. Serves 4-6.
