Ingredientes

  • 10 med. potatoes, cooked and diced
  • 1 onion, sliced or possibly diced
  • 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 3 slices bread, torn in pcs

Direcciones

  1. Combine potatoes, onions and bread pcs into large casserole dish. Salt and pepper to taste. Heat butter and cheese together. Pour over mix. Bake at 350 degrees, 45 min or possibly till bubbly, warm, and brown.
