Ingredientes

  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 c. cubed (1/2 inch size) Velveeta cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • Dash of pepper
  • Paprika

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter in small saucepan. Remove from heat. Blend in flour till smooth. Gradually add in lowfat milk. Return to low heat, stirring constantly, till beginning to boil. Add in cubed cheese and continue to stir till cheese is melted. Remove from heat. Add in salt, sugar, and pepper. Pour over cooked vegetables just prior to serving. Sprinkle with paprika.
