- Thoroughly mix beaten Large eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla. Slowly stir into the warm lowfat milk. (This mix is sufficient for a large pie or possibly 6 or possibly 8 custard c..) Dash the top generously with nutmeg.
- Bake in preheated warm oven at 475 degrees for 5 min. Reduce heat to 425 degrees and bake 10 min longer or possibly till silver knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cold before serving.
