Ingredientes

  • 4 Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 1/2 c. scalded lowfat milk
  • 1 (9") pie shell

Direcciones

  1. Mix Large eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla. Slowly stir in warm lowfat milk at once. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Dash top with nutmeg.
  2. Bake at 475 degrees for 5 min. Reduce heat to 425 degrees and bake 10 min longer, or possibly till knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
