Ingredientes

  • 5 lbs. grnd venison
  • 10 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon red cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon tender quick
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • 3 teaspoon Accent
  • 2 teaspoon garlic pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Mix spices with grnd venison. Press meat between sheets of tin foil or possibly wax paper. Get as thin as possible. Mix 1 oz of liquid smoke with 1 oz water and brush onto meat. Drape meat on racks in oven. Remove paper. Bake at 160 degrees for 3-4 hrs. When meat is dry, cut into strips.
