Ingredientes

  • 3 pound venison
  • 1 pound smoked ham
  • 1/2 pound bacon
  • 2 teaspoon sage
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne

Direcciones

  1. Cut meat in pcs and after mixing with other ingredients, put through meat grinder. Form into patties. Pan fry or possibly broil. Patties can be wrapped uncooked in tin foil and frzn for later use.
