Venison Teriyaki With Rice

Ingredientes

  • 2 lbs. tenderloin steak, sliced into thin strips
  • 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 c. uncooked Minute Rice
  • 1 (4 ounce.) can mushrooms, liquid removed
  • 1 c. green peppers, sliced into strips
  • 1 c. beef broth or possibly beef bouillon

Direcciones

  1. Add in the extra virgin olive oil and soy sauce to a wok or possibly high-sided skillet, then stir in the garlic, lemon juice and brown sugar. Heat the wok or possibly skillet on medium high heat till the liquid begins to steam. Add in the tenderloin strips and stir fry them till they are almost cooked.
  2. Meanwhile, prepared Minute Rice according to the package. Now add in to the wok the liquid removed mushrooms, green peppers and beef broth. Turn the heat down to medium, cover and slowly cook till everything is steaming warm. Then ladle over a bed of rice. Serves 4.
