Ingredientes

  • 2 lbs. grnd turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 c. fine soft bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. finely minced yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 c. finely minced onion
  • 2 tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 2 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. oil

Direcciones

  1. Measure and combine all ingredients except oil and mix with grnd turkey. Spoon meat mix into oiled 4 1/2 c. ring mold. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Invert on serving platter and remove mold. This combination of ingredients is excellent as grilled patties or possibly meatballs.
